Disappointing

I was a honor club member with Hilton but this Hilton is off my list of places to stay

Room was fine, location was good, breakfast and service were terrible

Your people at front desk and in your restaurant didnt know your promotions, elevators didnt work, manager wouldnt even come out of there office to understand our problems.

Needs to be a bit more accommodating with valet parking and attendants by the door

easy to order at the bar for drink or food right off the lobby, excellent and easy way to get a triple latte in the morning from the guy working as barista and the cash register was right there-excellent!

No valet parking no attendants at the door, parking not convenient, elevators took a very long time in the morning, up to 10 min wait

Very good

The room was clean. It is they had free breakfast and they would not give me Hilton Honor points because I didn't book directly through them. There was an event at the convention center and the line for it went into the Hilton garage. I was able to drive out and get to my own event but I did have to honk a few times. I thought it was odd to have a line go into a garage and back out. On the plus side everyone in line were polite and there were a lot of food vendors if we got hungry. I guess the word chaotic would describe the area in the lobby and outside but the room was nice.

The problem with the parking lot we have a reservation and we take 2 hours to find parking on the parking lot I ask to a customer for a better help and him just told me (you need to find a parking spot or parking on the street) I think if I have a reservation you need to have a parking spot for all the reservation not for other people just come and park there with out reservation

The staff was nice and the room was very clean.

The duvet on the bed didn't have an actual duvet cover, just a loose sheet, not very sanitary in my opinion. Unless they're washing the duvets after every person's stay. There was no room service. We had to order food and walk downstairs to pick it up. Food was very expensive. We called and asked for towels 2-3 times, they never showed up. Pool was out of order. Overall, not the best experience for the amount we paid.
