Superb

Location in an iconic SJ hotel!!

Beautiful, iconic hotel established in 1931. Very clean, exceptional staff. Valet parking, complimentary champagne at check in. Large bathrooms. Complimentary ear plugs if airplanes or sirens bother you. Excellent location to SAP center and San Pedro Square.

The bed was uncomfortable for us. A mattress topper could greatly improve ones quality of sleep and make it feel more luxurious like the hotel.

Convenient to my business and clean. Staff was efficient and friendly. The bed was comfortable and the towels were new.

Refrigerator didn't work, half of the cable channels were out and the maid walked in when there was a shhhh sign on the door! They offered to have the frig looked at but I said no as it was too late. Pay the extra fee for a bigger room if you don't want to breath in your own CO2. Our room was 218 ft2. They do not have any food service but there are decent restaurants within walking distance. However, I would not walk alone after dark by myself. Just eat early in the winter time. Upon check-out we were charged a $17.00 "resort fee"! "What is this resort fee" I asked? The front desk said it was for the water in the room! lol He took it off our bill. I would stay there again as it was clean and close to my business.

Very good

Bed was comfortable and hotel was nice. Did not spend much time at hotel

Location was great as attending event at SAP center. Coffee pot was a challenge and staff came to fix upon request in minutes and also brought extra coffee- yeah!!!

Disappointing

Nice room. Perfect location! Somewhat affordable.

The door to the room was having trouble locking and we almost went to dinner leaving the door unlocked! Then before going to bed I checked the adjoining room doors that led to a strangers room and the door swung open scaring me and some stranger in the adjoining room, who was in bed. Then I had to sit up until midnight until the manager could find a key to lock the door! They promised to give me enough Hyatt credits to get a room sometime but it's been a couple of days and I haven't seen that yet.
