Fabulous and relaxing stay in luxury.

The staff were kind and efficient, we were greeted wiht a truffle at check in and delivered small cakes to our room upon arrival, the room was gorgeous, from the artwork to the furnishings, the location was perfect because it was quiet, but also close to the railway station and shops and restaurants.

I wanted to stay longer! Nothing negative to report!

Excellent value in a great location

Excellent staff with a warm welcome to the hotel. So approachable, it appeared that nothing was ever too much bother for them, we could not have asked for more. Peaceful night's sleep then a great breakfast that set us up for our busy day in London.

Superb stay, great staff. A real gem of a hotel.

Stunning property, fantastic staff. Made us feel at home. First hotel weve been, where we actually wanted to move in! Our room was spacious, with a separate room for relaxing. Just a great stay! Well be back.

great and central spot to stay in London !!!

the beds were very comfy, the staff very friendly and helpful to assist with anything

the first night I was on the floor minus 1, little daylight and no strong wifi connection, but they made up for it by upgrading me for my second night to a suite which was lovely!

Great location. Bar was good.

I was not informed by the hotel beforehand that I would need to put down a 50 deposit upon my arrival despite having already paid 200 for the room. Very inconvenient, if I would have known beforehand I would have had the company card in my possession but as I was not informed, I had to use my personal money. Overall hotel very dated - needs renovation.
