Good. Would stay again.

It was mostly clean and in a convenient location. Actually was assigned a room in the Club Quarters part of the hotel, so I dont know if it was going to be better or worse if we were assigned a room in the River Hotel part.

Not enough elevators. There was a few occasions it took way too long to get down. It would take a long time for the elevator to come and when it did, it was foul to capacity.

Great views and location.

Great location, most attractions are within few minutes walk. The room was small but had everything needed, even a yoga mat. It also has comfortable beds and great views to the river. There is a water fountain on each floor with plastic bottles to fill them (But hopefully you bring your own glass or mug). Shampoo, conditioner, soap and body lotion are provided (good quality).

The room was overall clean but some parts dusty, like it hasnt been used in many days. Also, they dont clean the room every day unless you ask for it I think. I was expecting them to at least take out the trash but no.

Excellent customer service

The room we got when we arrived was not what I had reserved, however, the staff was so accommodating and made it right! They also followed up with me later to ensure we were enjoying our stay. I will always give them my business. Excellent customer service! Also, the location is fabulous.

I wish people would step away from the entrance to smoke. The lobby smelled like cigarettes and/or pot at times.
