Bad

location.

The staff was RUDE. The room was ridiculous to get to, having to move from floor to floor. I booked a king suite which did not look anything like the picture. We complained to get e new room and as told there was nothing left. I booked 3 adults, needing the pullout bed. There was no sheets, blanket, pillow, nothing for the pull out, I called the main desk over and over, no one answered. The room was dirty, only one trach can in the entire room. Very disappointed, will never stay there again and will tell family and friends not to stay there.

Our stay

We loved the location and the staff.

Could have been cleaner. There were crumbs on the stove top Very large stain on the carpet. No coffee pot Dishwasher seemed to be an afterthought. Overall hotel needs some updates. Common areas were clean and breakfast was good and had exceptional staff. We did have a great time in Cleveland

Good

My only issue was the bathroom. Apparently a worker used it, had some gastrointestinal issues, and left , uh residue in the toilet. Very disgusting to see that. However,housekeeping did come very quickly to clean. I was offered points or a discount off of the room. Im waiting to see how much the discount was because I wasnt told. But since it is the holiday, Ill give it time.
