Very old tin down hotel needs updating

Location was spot on

The hotel needs a complete renovate. Its old tiered and very run down. The carpet is very very dirty and the paint is comings away from the walls. The room was dirty and the pool needed a clean

Great location and pretty clean.

A bit outdated and too soft beds. Shower had some mould too. A bit disappointed as this is a 4 star hotel.

Amazing location, loved layout of historical terraces. Friendly and helpful staff.

Location is amazing. Comfortable bed. Layout of historical suite (bedroom upstairs, lounge/kitchen downstairs).

Bath/shower a bit tired. Kitchen appliances old.

Good hotel; absolutely horrible restaurant experience at Danielli's. Bad choice for guests!

The hotel restaurant DANIELLI's fine food was absolutely horrible. Within a half-hour of eating their breakfast plate, we both got food poisoning which ruined our days in Sydney. The restaurant should not be used by the hotel; the owner had several disparaging comments about foreigners visiting his restaurant as well. We cannot understand how this horrible restaurant experience can be endorsed by an otherwise fine hotel in Sydney.
