Ive booked this hotel a few times but will not be booking it again

The Location

There were bed bugs in the room and despite asking if they had a 3 bed room free as only 3 of us had gone when we arrived after we found the bed bugs they managed to find a 3 bed room in the evening

Location was good, breakfast too, room quite small & hot but adequate for our stay, also able to leave our cases all day until 6pm, very friendly & helpful staff.

Great location & met basic needs.

It was a clean cosy room. Breakfast was sufficient.

I am 5'1" and 130lbs and I found the shower space impossibly small. It's beyond compact.

Quirky Captains Cabin - loved it! Clean and great location. Lady on Reception was lovely.

I think you need a new mattress in room 14 a definitely lumpy with a spring or two poking through.

Location is good, bathroom was clean, staff ok.

Tiny room in the attic nothing like photos, radiator cover falling off the wall, peeling wallpaper, grubby torn carpet very very tired room, Stayed at much better places in London for less money.

I liked that it was in an old house and it was close to tube stations and in a quieter area. Breakfast was good and staff were efficient and friendly. Room was clean

Very good

Found this hotel to visit Covent garden area. Great location. We arrived very early but the staff were very accommodating and stored our luggage whilst we waited for our room to be cleaned. The hotel had a lot of character and the staff overall were really pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was good. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was a little smaller than the photos but didn't detract from from our stay.
