Very good

Very good location, 5 min from Baker street station. Very comfortable beds. The staff is very kind and helpful.

Very good

Comfortable for 1 night stay.

Breakfast was not available before 7.30 and I had to leave the hotel at 6.45a.m.

Very small bedroom, lift not working.

Good Location and the bedroom was at the back so quiet.

The lift wasn't working so my 65 year old husband had to carry our suitcase up 5 flights of stairs. No one offered to help. I was recovering from an operation so was out of breath going up and down. The room was extremely small. We couldn't open the wardrobe door fully without it hitting the bed. We kept bumping into each other trying to manoeuvre around the bed. The shower dribbled out not enough pressure to have a decent shower.
