The Ravana Range Ella is a magnificent resort with fabulous views of Ella rock, Kithan Waterfall, and the train railway. The location is easily accessible and the staff is super nice and friendly. Gu (Read More)ests highly recommend staying here to experience the wonders of Ella. Surrounded by beautiful scenery and lush vegetation, the resort offers excellent customer service and luxury rooms. The view is heavenly and the morning rays are a must-see. The food is amazing and the staff is kind and accommodating. The swimming pool could use some cleaning, but overall it is a great place to stay in Ella.

Friendly staff, spacious room, nice breakfast.

The location a bit off, tuktuks charge 500 Rs for a ride. Hotel ahould provide a free shuttle tuktuk to main road. The road is very steep, depending om tuktuk younsometime needed to get off and walk up the hill. And then get in the tuktuk again. Come on!

Great views over Ella

Great location for views a little away from town very hilly so not one to walk. Facilities of pool was great and staff. Mix of local food for breakfast and staff catered for me when I didn't want curry for breakfast.

The room very close I was next door a very loud family children in pool at 6.30 am which was outside my room.. But this is no fault of the hotel. Just didn't follow pool opening hours.

Exceptional Hospitality

The price tag for Half Board exceeded our expectations. The choices available for both dinner and breakfast were fantastic. Even Star-studded hotels don't offer that much. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was fantastic, equipped with a jacuzzi and the view was breathtaking.

Some of the equipment is probably more than 10 years old so they can not function that well specifically in the bathroom, not much parking space to offer, so if you have to park in a tight spot you might have to be ready to move your vehicle at any given time.

Nice views and friendly staff.

Would be nice to have some shade in the pool area. The walls are super thin, you can hear everything that's going on in the room next to yours. I slept with my ear plugs on and still woke up on both nights if there was any noise from next door. For this reason I wouldn't book again.

All things were good,view of hotel and our room was the best..staff wasvery good.. only breakfast all time was cold.

I had made a mistake in the date of the hotel reservation. Fortunately, they introduced us to a room in a nearby hotel. They completely charged me the reservation fee for the next two days. mistake .And this while they could only Cost share Booking.com For the last day

Very nice place to stay of you are visiting Ella. The views were amazing and you will be treated by a very friendly and kind staff. The location was nice, rooms were very spacious and clean. Highly recommended.

The meals in the restaurant is on the pricier side.
