Great location for a good price

Nice building, great location. The room wasnt as expected but the staff were very helpful and changed us to a bigger/newer room. They did everything to make sure our stay was great!

Very steep hill to get to the property. Some of the rooms are very small and dark. Our new room was cleaner but still not very clean.

Labi and his team looked after us extremely well and were really helpful. A lovely property, fantastic simple breakfast

Lovely property and well looked after. Just outside Ella town, so a short walk but not far. Pool great, rooms large and comfortable although the walls are slightly thin between them. Fantastic value for money.

We ended up not staying overnight because we did not like the bathroom full of alive and dead insects and the fact that

Close to the center of town, within walking distance - but up a steep path.

Bathroom was not clean, full of alive and dead insects. It was obvious that nobody had been in the room on the day of check in to even check if everything was fully clean and in order. No mosquito nets over the bed, which are a must in this region.

Disappointing

Do not book there, you end up not getting what you pay for. Not recommended

The only good thing about this hotel was the location which was close to the city center

The management was difficult to deal with. The room was cold and wet, no ac or whatsoever. The breakfast was not good. The pool was dirty and over flooded with water.

Fantastic staff and service and location to Ella - just off the main drag!

Staff were super friendly!

The walls are paper thin so we could hear the room next door's TV blaring and the snoring! Waking up to all the bugs in the morning in the bathroom.

Great staff

The staff are very friendly and Labin (the fixer) provides to all your needs to make your stay as easy as possible. Scooter rental at 6 per day.

Hotel is very close to main town, 5 minute walk but is on a very steep slope to get to.

Wouldnt recommend if you are planning a trip with the family.

Its close to the main town. The location is the only highlight.

There is no view from the property. The rooms, toilets are filled with insects. The staff remains unavailable post 9pm. Not a very pleasant experience. Pool unclear. Many leaches and lizards.
