Great Lake wakapitu view and great location

Great view from level 4 lake view room. Great location - If you booked RealNZ Milford sound tour the pickup/drop off location is right at this hotel. Short walk to the town center located at a quiet street. Bed was comfy too.

Perfect Lakeside View

Location is a 5 minute walk away from the town centre. Staff are helpful and gave exceptional customer service (hats off to Cameron!). Best wood fired pizza restaurant and bar located at ground floor of the hotel topped the whole stay. I loved that my room had the lakeside view - was so relaxing to just look out the window.

Property is located up the hill. Had trouble walking back up due to knee surgery.

Great location & comfotable room but would expect a little bit more from a major hotel chain.

Great location & the room was very comfortable.

There was a problem with the water at the time we were there, boiled safe drinking water was available in the lobby - but I think the hotel could have supplied complimentary bottled water to the rooms - especially as the modern electric kettle does not boil the water for the recommended 3 minutes to then render it safe to drink. In general it felt a little light on with regards to complimentary sundries - considering it was one of the more expensive properties that we stayed in.
