Very good

Downstairs breakfast room was very poor - very limited food compared to main breakfast room, missing bowls, jams etc as staff not available to replace them (although I asked the staff), only 2 staff who were generally not available as they were picking up eggs and coffees for people as these were not available in this room. Very disappointing so we refused to be sent there after the first day - the main breakfast is good.

Hotel felt like home - exceptional location, rooms and staff

Everything was fantastic. Beautiful hotel with spa and pool. Amazing location - 5 min walk from the harbour and in the centre for shopping. Amazing location. Rooms were well appointed, clean, bath and a great separate shower. Good aircon and very comfortable beds with a fridge also. Very good breakfast with a great selection. But it was the staff - everyone from the front desk, to the concierges, housekeeping to breakfast staff - so warm, professional, helpful. I travel a lot and its rare that I feel like Im going home when I returned to the hotel after sightseeing each day. Honestly cant thank everyone enough for making my stay exceptional. Highly recommend staying here and when I return to Sydney I will now only stay here.

One of our favorite places to stay

We love the location as its out of the hustle and bustle but close enough to everything. Also always the most comfortable bed and pillows in all our hotels we stay in.

Great hotel, great location and overall great holiday.

the hotel was clean and very comfortable, all of the staff are also very pleasant, always greeting us. Definitely enjoyed my time there.

The pillows aren't the comfiest, however you are able to request your preferred pillow which is great, so I definitely recommend doing so.

Very bad service, no consideration for customers

Hotel was OK, comfortable bed, clean.

The service was very bad. I had asked via email in advance to prepare the room with balloons and some fruit for our arrival, as it was my partner's birthday. On arrival, the check in was very slow. In the room there was no arrangement. When I went down to reception again to enquire, I was told that there is nothing they can do. Upon complaining in writing we were offered one complimentary breakfast during our six night stay. I will not be staying at Radisson again. Very expensive and not worth it.
