Superb

We liked the location, easy to move around, great experience the canal trip. Views from the room also from Coconot pool bar are amazing to the city. Breakfast buffet was very nice. Huge beds. Staff very nice and kind, especially with our kids. Our suite was very spacious, great fit for 4 of us. Interiors are made with vintage ellegance, our daughter said, it is really like a Palace :)

Baby cot was promised, never arrived, we did not mind beds were huge, we could fit easily. Althoug bed was not in the best shape, not too confy..The bath sink was not working well.

Value of money , Very convenient accessible plus bobae tower has a lot of stuff to buy u dont need to bring clothes as the clothes is very cheap in the area

Not central, but good location that things are within a 20-30 min walk. Clean & friendly staff Spacious rooms Decorated for christmas and New year

The TV didnt work. Not enough plugs in the room. Very noisy, you can hear when people are in the shower or flushing the toilet. Bathrooms could do with an upgrade, the shower floods everywhere and the heads too low

The room was spacious and pool area was great. It was quiet at night as far as Bangkok goes

The photos on booking.com dont show how dated the rooms are. The hotel itself has 4 tower blocks so its incredible busy.

Disappointing

You get what you pay for.

Good location, pool, great view of the city, huge room. Good and reasonably clean bed. Good value for money

Huge, impossible to navigate four towers, elevators with their own mind and parking on the 10th floor. Entering and leaving the hotel is a crusade. Cash deposit. Cold and small pool with a pretty disappointing bar. Dirty smelly bathroom. Outdated and worn furniture and fittings.
