Friendly staff. Nice neighbourhood. Not value for money.

Breakfast was great but there was a mix up with the times and we were impolitely told to come back later. When we came back the room was full and we had to wait to be seated. The room was small and it didn't quite feel or look clean. The staff always greeted us happily. The neighbourhood was nice, it was a small walk to Hyde Park which was lovely.

The room was cramped and felt unclean. The breakfast room was too small for the number of guests.

Disappointing

Lication is awsome.close to city centre and easy access to public transport.

The window was locked (no air flow).No toothpaste in the bathroom. Uncomfortable matress. Breakfast room was very small and low quality chairs. No slippers.

Room was very clean and had everything I needed , breakfast was substantial

Not much to complain about other than maybe size of room and definitely size of breakfast room but after all it is London, probably value for what I paid

Like the place, near the station

I liked the heat in the room and the cleanliness of the sheets. the fact that it was very close to the station is a plus!

The breakfast was poorneed some ham for toast.

Room is to small for family of 4 ,

Its very close to everything. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and bars

Bed sheets were not clean, yellow stains on one of the single bed sheets and a black stains on the other single bed, other than that room was ok

Comfortable for the price in central London

Very clean and comfortable room with single bed only. Linen was clean and the bathroom clean with supplied coffee making facilities and a small fridge.

The bathroom was just adequate in size. I'm 6' tall and struggled to get into the shower cubicle. The toilet was crammed in a tight so space limited.
