Loved the ambiance and staff

It was like going back in time. Loved the ambiance and staff. I spent a lot of time on the balcony. It was so quaint and a perfect location to be right in the middle of the action.

Location was great, aside from that the property was not clean, bed was very uncomfortable , the front desk called our room three times up until 10pm and the final call asked is we were throwing water from our balcony. It was honestly almost comical it was so rude. We were literally staying for our anniversary and ended up leaving at 4am. Totally disappointed.

It was quite mad for the cost, if the cost would be about half then it may be worth the trouble

Old and run down, price is way to much for just location.

No parking and no breakfast heat/cool is blowing on you all night

Dont expect a four star, or perhaps even a three star experience But, the price & location is great

The historic nature and the charm of the facility made up for shortcomings that the experience may have included. The location is superb. Park Plaza Hotel is in the heart of historic downtown Winter Park, and an easy walk to all it has to offer. The balcony overllooked Central Park and the shops and eateries along Park Ave.

The coffee provided in the lobby for hotel guests was not good. The bathroom was substandard. The bathtub drained at a turtles pace. The TV in our room was not enjoyable to watch.

check in. location, it was 5 blocks to where we were going. The location is in a great walking location. The room was clean

The room walls are thin. the couple in the next room were talking loudly impairing my ability to sleep. The room looked like it was from the 1920's. That is not an exaggeration. The tile on the bathroom floor was from the 1920's. Toilet was so close to the tub my knees were touching the tub. when Was sitting on it. I felt like was on an Allegiant Flight. The TV screen was so small. I have seen computer monitors larger than that screen. If you were lying in bed you couldn't see the screen.
