Great location and staff

Breakfast was excellent and staff especially Harry who greeted us daily

The music in the roof top pool and bar was so loud it was unwelcoming, there is no need to blast the music, would have been nice to hear Vietnamese music instead of euro trash Room was small and no stand in shower only bathtub, with hand spray, difficult to climb in and out

The location is perfect. Room is clean.

Elevator is quite slow. Breakfast time is till 10am but food ran out at 9.30am and kitchen didn't serve more.

Location was great.

Staff seemed quite inexperienced. Currency exchange rate offered was insulting. Extra bed was not available on first night. Bedding offered was shocking. Eventually got a proper mattress on the floor. Service at breakfast buffet left a lot to be desired. No bread, no butter. Staff seemed put out when asked for these items. Overall not a good experience.

Fab spot in HCMC

The rooftop pool was a great oasis in the city! The staff was super friendly and accommodating with our needs. We had a late evening flight after check out and it was possible to return back to use the pool and rooftop bar for happy hour! The room was comfortable with a HUGE soft bed. Breakfast was international, with made to order coffees, eggs, and noodles.

The lift was quite slow, but thankfully we were on the 9th floor, so getting up to 11th floor breakfast and rooftop was easy with the stairs.

Location was great, the rooftop bar was interesting. They upgraded us to a room with balcony. Breakfast was good. Could get few vegetarian options

Excellent rooftop bar... great cocktails, view and food. Room was comfortable and clean. The staff is the real asset of this hotel - so courteous, helpful & friendly
