Very good

Loved the location, the swimming pool and the restaurant area. The rooms are big and very clean.

There's too much light in the rooms, with no way of blocking it, which is good if you need to wake up early, but not so good when you need a longer sleep. There is no sound insulation in the rooms, so you hear everything from outside.

Great place for location. But as for the staff wouldnt return

Location for the ferry to Gilli T was spot on

It was great until checking out, the reception said a hand towel was missing from the room, we told them there was only 1 in the room when we arrived, they then decided they wanted to check our cases, feel free I said, so they did and no towel found, no apology nothing.

Very good

Great staff, very convenient location with lovely rooms and pool.

Very conveniently located to the jetty with beautiful pool and generously sized rooms.

We unfortunately had some smokers just outside our room smoking continuously during the evening. The smoke drifted into our room which wasnt ideal.

There was a miss understanding about where a key card was, didnt realise my son had it and then we got charged for it being lost as I thought we only got one card

Exceptional

Overall a very comfortable stay after a late night flight.

We only stayed one night so we were able to catch the fast boat to the Gilli's the next morning. Very comfortable stay, lovely pool and excellent breakfast. Was perfect for our overnight stay. Excellent location to meet the fast boat.

It was disappointing that we pre-booked transport from the airport to the hotel however the hotel forgot to send a driver to meet us so we had to organise a driver last minuet outside the airport. Maybe if doing this in the future I would check in with the hotel via messaging on the app or thru WhatsApp just before flying. When we contacted the hotel thru WhatsApp from the airport communication was difficult.

Good

They serve basic continental breakfast with egg and it was good. Also they close the restaurant quite late, 10 pm? you can have dinner eventhough you arrive late. If you have a plan to get ferry, this hotel would be great choice.
