Very nice resort, quiet, peaceful, the staff is super friendly and we liked the room also very much

Our airconditioning was not very strong so it was a little hot in the room The pool water is warm so not very refreshing to swim

Everything about it. The ambience, the room and cleanliness, the service, the friendly and helpful staffs. Bed was good, comfortable.

Unfortunately the food and drinks need some more improvement.

A very good stay

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The beachfront bungalow was spacious and well-equipped. The smart TV was a plus point. Restaurant food was always good especially the Balinese fare.

Towels were gray & not white. Pillows were quite smelly. They need to be changed. The pool could be cleaner. Pump does not function the whole day.

Small Resort with charming bungalow located beachfront The pool facing the ocean The room is big and charming, tropical modern style

The restaurant is expensive. I had a watermelon salad, the portion was ridiculous They could improve a bit in the area shower, put more plants

I couldn't get in contact with the resort after my booking nor could booking.com, to confirm my booking. I had booked a week in advance and only a day before I was leaving I finally heard from them. After I emailed, instagramed, facebooked and whatspped them. Not only did I try to contact the resort but also the resorts management company. Finally someone accepted my whatsapp call (the management company, they have the resort whatapp listed as their contact but no one ever replied or answered). They confirmed my booking. and then while I was at the resort I got an email reply from them asking how they could help me. Clearly not following up or checking my booking or anything as they should have known I was already there. Other than that it was a beautiful place, staff we great. Would stay again only if it wasn't such a hassle to book it.
