The homestay is a traditional bamboo khasi house. It is very clean and well-maintained. The hosts were very humble and the food provided was delicious. There is a parking space and a beautiful garden. Had a great time. We recommend this place to people who want to experience a traditional way of living like the Khasi people of Meghalaya. Do not expect luxury. Would love to visit again. Thank you.

Located in Asia's cleanest village, this was the first homestay in Mawlynnong. Easily accessible. The surrounding is very peaceful and the homestay was simple and rustic. What stood out was the warm hospitality of the host family and the delicious food. This place is for someone who wants to experience village life in Meghalaya.
