Day 1 Arrive in Guwahati - Transfer to Shillong
- Arrive at Guwahati Airport, a representative will be there to greet you.
- Drive to Shillong (from Guwahati Airport 120 Km/4 Hours).
- En-route visit Barapani Lake for some Water Sports Activity (a nominal fee is required to be paid).
- On arrival in the evening check-in at the hotel/guest house.
- The evening is free for leisure.
- Overnight stay in Shillong.
Day 2 Transfer to Cherrapunjee - Visit Seven Sisters Fall and Shillong Peak
- After early breakfast depart for Cherrapunjee.
- Enjoy a pleasant drive to see waterfalls & gorges.
- Cherrapunjee - The wettest place on Earth offers roaring waterfalls, limestone caves, a living root bridge, & galore of water & adventure activities.
- Visit the gorgeous Seven Sisters falls & the Mawsmai cave & Thangkharang Park.
- En-route visit Shillong Peak & Elephant Falls.
- In the evening check-in at the resort in Cherrapunjee.
- Overnight stay in Cherrapunjee.
Day 3 Trek to Double Decker Living Root Bridge
- After breakfast trek from the resort to Nongriat village to the two-tier (or Double Decker) Living Root Bridge.
- The trek to this double-decker is tough and will take approximately three hours down a very steep village path through forested areas.
- On the way, you will pass through four other smaller living root bridges of various shapes and sizes and a traverse across an iron cable suspension bridge hovering above 45 ft above a chasm of a roaring waterfall.
- The trek is hard, certainly not for the faint-hearted but the exhilarating experience is well worth it.
- Enjoy swimming in a natural swimming pool and also your packed lunch.
- In the evening return to the resort.
- Overnight stay in Cherrapunjee.
Day 4 Boat Ride on Dawki River -Transfer to Shnongpdeng - Bonfire
- After breakfast, get ready for a cool adventure! We're heading to Dawki River, famous for its clear water. We'll hop on a boat and sail on this crystal-clear river. It's so clear that you can see the bottom!
- Don't forget your camera! The views here are stunning with green trees and big rocks all around.
- Next up, we'll visit Krang Suri Waterfalls. It's like a natural swimming pool! You can take a dip and splash around in the refreshing water.
- Then, we'll drive to Shnongpdeng, a beautiful village known for fun activities. After checking into our place, you can relax or join in on some adventure stuff like kayaking or zip-lining.
- In the evening, we'll gather around a cozy bonfire, have some yummy food, and enjoy the starry sky. It's going to be a relaxing night!
Day 5 Transfer to Shillong - Visit Don Bosco Museum
- Rise and shine! We're leaving the peaceful vibes of Shnongpdeng and heading back to Shillong.
- On the way, keep your eyes peeled for some awesome views of Meghalaya's hills and valleys.
- Once we're back in Shillong, you've got some free time to explore.
- Check out the local markets, take a stroll around Ward's Lake, or visit the Don Bosco Museum if you're up for it.
- Tonight, we'll chill out in Shillong, reminiscing about our fun.
Day 6 Transfer to Guwahati - Visit Umananda Temple on Peacock Island
- After breakfast, we'll hit the road again and make our way to Guwahati, the main city in this part of India.
- First stop: Kamakhya Temple. It's a big deal here! Take your time to soak in the peaceful vibes and see the beautiful temple complex.
- Next, we'll visit Umananda Temple on Peacock Island. Yes, you heard right – there's a temple on an island! We'll take a short ferry ride to get there.
- You'll have some free time in the evening to walk along the Brahmaputra River.
- Tonight, we'll stay in Guwahati, wrapping up our awesome adventure through Northeast India.
Day 7 Depart from Guwahati
- After breakfast check out from the hotel.
- Transfer to railway station/airport for your onward journey.

I got to plan my visit to Meghalaya and cherapunji with my family. I got a custo (Read More)mised plan from Onn tour vacation (Debashree Dutt) as per my ask. The trip was really smooth and support provided during accomodation was tremendous. Last but not least the driver who guided us throughout the trip Mr. Aijul Khan never seen such a humble person who helped us smooth transition to all the spot.
Couldn't cover couple of places like Dawki and shillong peak that could have bee (Read More)n managed better.

Over all trip is well planned and well executed.
Sohra resort stay was so good (Read More), staff response, hospitality, food all are very good., cab driver guided very well.
Sizra supported very well throughout the trip and even arranged for extension for room.
Cab comfort could be better, seats are not recliner seat.
Tree tops residency (Read More)stay is not good, in adequate manpower and poor response
