Exceptional

Staff were welcoming and great to deal with. Excellent location, 100m to Chinese gardens, 50m to numerous cafes and restaurants with no need to cross roads. Darling harbour, the convention and exhibition centres are right on the door step.

The reception staff are very resourceful and helpful.

The refrigerator wasn't working and the kettle was broken. But inspite of telling the room service staff about it, they did not take any action. It would have been great if we could have got our rooms near each other. Rooms which Are booked on the same confirmation id should ideally be blocked next to/near each other.

Very good

Definitely the location. We were near the theatre. Great cafes/restaurants everywhere. Even the car parking was easy. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Darling Harbour was so easy to walk to and flat. Imax movies around the corner. Really Great Hotel.

Exceptional

Staff service (especially from Antonia at the front desk) was excellent. The location is super convenient. Beds were super comfortable and the room was modest, clean but practical for what we needed. My kids absolutely loved it. The heated indoor pool was a bonus.
