Horrible

Hotel room was dirty, furniture was old and ragged aircon was weak and the balcony was full of cobwebs the door to the verandah keept getting stuck and the outdoor furniture was 2 dirty plastic chairs. I have stayed at the novotel before and i must say this was the worst experience ive had at such a reputable hotel.

very expensive for what the place is, most of the facilities closed, Every day had to ask for coffee, sugar, milk and toilet papers, room service and cleaning of room was extremely poor.

Average.

Staff nice. The new areas appear clean and nice.

We were on level 7. Old, stale smell in room, old furnishing, mould in the bathroom sink and shower and areas of ? Damp in the room.

Nice place. Not shy about charging

nice room with excellent view of Botany Bay.

Paid $548 for one night- no breakfast included, and had to pay extra for parking. Would expect both these to be included for this price.

Mould and leaking shower Breakfast and parking not included and paying over $500 for small room When we went to get breakfast knowing we needed to pay the manager shuffled us over to another section to get coffee and didnt even tell us the options We asked the waitress after waiting ages for 1 cup of coffee what the options were but it was already 9.40 so not worth paying for a buffet breakfast. This was our second stay in a week first room was cheaper and included coffee pod machine, robes, spa, slippers separate lounge area. Considering indoor pool and sauna not available I think its over priced

The outdoor pool is amazing! It recently reopened after a refurbishment. The weather wasnt great, but having the hot showers pool side helped.

The spa in the outdoor pool is out of order. The indoor pool and gym arent yet open either. It doesnt look far off though! The room was nice, but some things needed to be fixed as they werent installed properly. There was a down light in the bathroom that was hanging down, the bedside lamp fixture was loose and spinning and the lock to the door on the balcony wasnt locking. Staying with a 2 year old who is an eager climber, we contacted reception twice about this but there was no action taken during our stay. The first time they said they would send someone up and hours later when I spoke to someone else at reception, they had said there was no engineer on site to look at it, but they would speak to their manager. Nothing eventuated from this. I raised these issues at checkout and was offered an apology and told theyd look at it.
