Quality hotel with good restaurant & nice staff

We had a great stay at NH Jan Tabak with our family. Staff is exceptional nice, rooms & beds very good, very good breakfast with wide choice, fresh & healthy assortment and on request delicious omelets. From the welcome drink to the smiles of the team we had a very welcome feeling Thanks a lot and see you next time in our visit to the Netherlands.

Very good

Its very easy too find it. Very quickly to get too Amsterdam, Hilversum and Amersfoort. I had dinner there Wich I didnt expect that was so nice wine was marvelous and everyone very kind I love it.

Comfortable, hospitable and conveniently located.

Hotel and Room were comfortable and spacious

3rd floor needs new carpeting and coats of paint on doors and walls. The 3rd floor looked slovenly, at best. Bar service, while friendly, was slow during evening and lunch services. The service disappeared at times as well. Even when we told the staff we were in a rush, they were slow to respond.

Superb

Perfect base camp to visit Netherlands by car.

Perfectly located in the center of the country. Pleasant neighborhood, easy motorway access & free parking. Staff was super nice and helpful. We know the hotel from way back when we lived in the Netherlands. Lobby and restaurant very nicely renovated. However the rooms are still the same as 20 years ago, clean, functional but could do with a makeover. Great breakfast!

All good. Having a car is a must, as train station 20 walk (or rent a bike).

Disappointing

Pretty and clean, but poor customer experience

The hotel lobby and bar are really beautiful. The room was also spacious and very clean

I booked for a double bed and ended up getting 2 single beds. Additionally, when we arrived, the shampoo and body wash containers were empty and I had to request it on two (!!!) separate occasions for them to finally come refill it.
