Only hotel I would stay at in Melbourne. This is my second time here, and I absolutely loved it once again.

I love the friendly team, and the rooms are fantastic. I really appreciate the blackout curtains, and how modern the place is.

Only dislike is how water will run out of the shower onto the bathroom floor. It is pretty annoying, but Im not really sure there is an easy fix.

Staff super friendly and helpful. Loved all the extras drinks vouchers, picking room cards, Dyson products, money back from non cleaning of room. Would definitely come back.

Book the hotel but eat breakfast out.

Location and the rooms are very modern and well appointed

Whilst I loved the hotel itself, when it came to the breakfast experience I was deeply disappointed and felt like a second class citizen. Breakfast served in the club room was like being at an airport lounge. Dirty tables, toaster not working. Waited 10 mins for bacon and the another 10 mins for the eggs to come out. Cold breakfast. No table service at all so had to get up multiple times to get things. Coffee self serve had to drink my espresso from a large cup as no other options.

We would stay with you again.

Everything staff location food drink especially the wonderful concierge on duty when we arrived on Saturday at 3pm. Our room was amazing with a wonderful view.

On Christmas Eve at 9pm our toilet decided not to flush.There was no maintenance man on duty but reception sent a wonderful man with a plunger and he unblocked the toilet.we were then concerned every time we used the toilet the same thing may happen-I hope you have had maintenance to check the drain as I think it is probably a blockage further down and I would hate someone else to have the same problem.The room was 2309.
