Super comfortable and luxurious.

Very comfortable beds. Loved that you could connect laptop to tv via chromecasting. Retractable washing line in the shower room. Lobby area had a really nice scent which added to the ambience.

The onsen was nice and quiet

The breakfast room was alway busy and we had to wait to get a table. Very small rooms. The checking was done though a machine and didnt feel like a nice service.

The property is beautiful and is in between Shinjuku and Shibuya. It is great if you dont plan on staying in the area for the entire time of your holiday and plan on venturing out or need some down time after big days.

Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was practical when we woke up too early to go to a restaurant. Easy way to transfer bagages from one hotel to another with their transport service available. Located right next to a subway station and very close by subway to shinjuku/shibuya/roppongi. Not too far from Minato either. They also have a good dry cleaning/washing clothes service. I didn't use the public bath or gym but I am sure they're great too. The room was tidied up everyday when we came back from our activities, with complimentary water bottles, fresh towels, pajamas and other bathroom products (toothbrush, hairbrush, elastics) so you don't need to pack a lot if you to there. I really enjoyed my stay!

Super stylish and great location

I loved everything about this hotel from the great design to the lovely breakfast. The staff were super kind and helpful (special shout out to Miss E. Kawamoto for helping me with my luggage!). I'll stay here again for sure!

The room was tiny but that's to be expected in a city like Tokyo! The mattress was too hard for my taste.
