Great location, staff and overall a comfortable stay

Location of htel and staff

Smallish room and no cafe/restaurant available - twin was not available despite reconfirming need for this few days prior to arrival which was not ideal as traveling with a friend

I had a great stay. As previously stated, I have MS and I just had to organise walking in the city

The location was very good but as I have MS it can be difficult getting around. The staff were excellent and the room and bed were very good.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was nice and comfortable plus the location was walking distance from everywhere

The parking spot could have been better as it was a bit of a walk with heavy bags

Very good

It was a pleasant stay however the room six didnt represent good value.

Good location to law chambers, very well appointed room, clean. Pleasant staff.

It was a very small room for the price. I was in court the following day and I no decent desk to work from or set up my laptop etc.

Travelling for work, clean comfortable accommodation once you are booked into your room.

Locality was perfect, Room was clean and well appointed. The young lady with dark curly hair Selena? Worked evenings total asset to your business. - Amazing customer service.

Parking - the Wilson carpark was advertised as full, kept having to drive around the block to unload, then the reception was unattended, our room which we were told would be ready for an early check in was not ready, ran late for an appointment. The phones don't work we rang countless times prior to arrival the phone rings awhile, goes silent for longer then thanks you for your call and hangs up, the 1300 number is not answered, this is not good for your business or your potential clients.
