Room was full of dust needed a good cleaning with a vacuum and our luggage was dropped off into our room Literally dropped.. our room door was ajar and an alarm was sounding when we arrived and was shrugged off

Fantastic location, refreshing indoor pool and excellent breakfast.

Location handy to Central Station. Pool and restaurant options. Supermarket, Spice Alley, Starbucks a short walk. Powerhouse Museum also nearby. Staff very helpful and polite, hotel was very busy at checkin and during daily breakfast. Compliments to them all for being helpful and friendly during breakfast, keeping up the selection for a large crowd was exceptional.

Little to complain about. One broken coffee machine at breakfast so there was a large line for the machine providing milk based coffees.

Overall we had a very pleasant and restful stay.

Breakfast buffet was amazing. They catered for a wide variety of appetites and all the food was fresh, cooked to perfection and delicious. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

I would have preferred two single bed for the children but their four berth rooms were all two doubles. Its also a bit further from the CBD than I realised.
