Wonderful.

It was absolutely beautiful. Perfect place to come and relax. Our personal assistant, Sarem, was the best! A quick tuk tuk with our favorite driver Sarak, and youre in the heart of Siem Reap.

The place is wonderful. Slightly on the expensive side but amazing.

Not a classic hotel, its a way different feeling.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The team is really kind and always there to help you with everything. Monyvong is always smiling and gave me really good advices about food and visits. The spa is beautiful, dont hesitate to tell them to go softer because Thai massage are really strong ! Large choice of food at the restaurant but I will recommend you to try the Khmer fish amok. To conclude, I would say that you will feel special going there.

Just a couple of touches would make this perfect

The grounds and villa were fantastic. The staff were all friendly and keen to help. The food at the restaurant was very tasty.

Breakfast and tea trays weren't taken away when the room was cleaned and once the room wasn't cleaned when we asked. The WhatsApp group is a nice idea but means,.as a guest, you have to be really proactive and ask for everything... e.g. please collect the breakfast tray from the balcony, make up room, etc. The drinks in the fridge weren't refreshed during our stay, and there wasn't a bottle opener for the bottles.

Staff was very kind and helpful through the whole stay. The chalet with private pool and lake was really outstanding. The bed was huge and comfortable. Afternoon tea is really nice. Floating breakfast and romantic dinner were well arranged. Massage was great.

Contact through the booking and WhatsApp was ridiculous. Throught the booking I didn't get any answer at all which is a shame. I almost cancel my booking when I had to wait for response so many days and few days before stay they responded and changed mind in something we agreed long time ago. No hangers in the bathroom, bed not seperated from the desk so it's very easy to drop something when we lean on pillows. The platform in front of the pool requires some repairs. Restaurant is good, but definitely can be better, especially breakfast - it's good but it's not even close to be outstanding like the rest of the hotel. Menu is so wide that not well readable.

Amazing stay thanks to amazing staff

We had a wonderful time. The property was great! Very green and perfect to stroll around. They upgraded us to a three bedroom villa! This was great as my husband could comfortably use the dining room to work. The internet was good and he was able to comfortably use outlook, have calls on teams etc. The best part of the wifi was that the whole property (the reception, restaurant, rooms, common areas and grounds) has the same network and password! So once wifi is connected , it stays connected no matter where in the property you are. Free afternoon tea was amazing! They served it with traditional sweets and chips. It was different every day! Was too good. However even better than the property were the staff. Pisey met us as soon as we reached the property. We were allowed early check in immediately and the process was seamless. She immediately created a WhatsApp group. Anything we wanted we only had to type in the WhatsApp group and in less than a minute someone would respond and take care of our request ( be it ordering food to room, arranging a tuktuk, giving printouts etc etc). So no more calls to reception, waiting for them to answer etc etc. it was so luxurious! Pisey and rest of the staff (Bobby, savon, vor and many more whom I might have missed mentioning) made our stay very memorable with their thoughtful gestures. Pisey was so thoughtful to ask the timing for our departure flight and without us even asking she arranged for delayed checkout for us, as we were travelling with an infant. I can keep going on. Overall it just a very wonderful stay thanks to the most thoughtful staff!

Maybe more vegetarian options can be there in food and also cost of vegetarian food is more compared to non-vegetarian...that can be looked into.

Made to feal so special

The room we stayed in far exceeded our expectations, set in a beautiful garden/ grounds . The staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent.

We ate twice in the restaurant in the evenings, for the price we paid we could of eaten better elsewhere

It was disappointing. They raised their prices through the roof.

The property is beautiful and private.

We stayed in Avery over priced two villas two private pools. The accommodations were horrible. The living room and dining room was out doors there were no couches or chairs in the bedrooms. There werent enough beds to fit everyone. The did provide two extra beds upon request.
