Nothing, on reaching the property understood they have no rooms available

Everything was a mess. Staff like Akhil S Kumar who was showing all sorts of aggressiveness through his gestures and actions. Balakrishna was ok. Tried to make up for the mess. But in short terrible experience overall.

Not up to expectations; won't visit again

The food was good. Check in and check out were fast. Overall cleanliness was good.

There was no cable. There were very few items in the restaurant menu and out of that only some were available. Toiletries provided were minimal -- soap, shampoo, and moisturiser -- and did not include a dental kit.

They did not give what was promised. We checked out early.

The staff is the only good part about this hotel.

Joke about breakfast. They did not make breakfast because we were the only guest, This is what they told us on a Saturday morning. I asked how about tomorrow, the receptionist said, tomorrow also the same... so order if you want to have something, No buffet even though you pay enough for the breakfast. All money taken in advance at the time of check-in. This is not for family, especially kids. Nothing for them here.. not even good food. Very limited Menu. We asked them to refund the second day's money as we got so pissed that we checked out immediately.

Hospitality of the staff. Cleanliness of the Rooms, Breakfast

Rooms had smell of the cigarette smoke but with air freshener it went away. The property should also include food for the drivers. That will be a great gesture for long distance tourists.

Great new hotel - Would recommend

I stayed at this hotel for 7 days and enjoyed the stay. Location is really good and connects to all the major areas in the vicinity. Thrissur city was lacking professional hotels and this one has filled that gap. Would strongly recommend for both business and leisure travel.
