The Louisville Marriott Downtown is centrally located in downtown Louisville, across from the convention center. The hotel has been updated and has a comfortable contemporary feel. The staff are frie (Read More)ndly and helpful, resolving any issues promptly. Some guests had noise problems in their rooms and experienced delays with valet parking. However, overall, the rooms are clean and modern, the amenities are great, and the hotel provides a pleasant stay with good views and convenient access to downtown attractions.

Superb

Great stay. Luisville was a bit underwhelming

Very nice shared spaces. Nice Lobby, bar and Porch restaurant was great. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool.

Exceptional

Are room had an amazing view. Ontop the view the location was so great. Beings we had to use a parking garage. We were able to leave our car park the whole time, because everything was so close we could just walk. The other thing that was great was the Skywalk to the Louisville convention center. We came into town for unicorn world, which was at the convention center. We also went to the ballet, which we just got an Uber for that. So, I didn't halfa spend any extra money on parking beings. Louisville charges for parking for most places you park within the downtown area. The room was super clean. They give us access to the M club, which provided all the drinks we needed. as well as breakfast from 6-11 and 5-8 appetizers like chicken wings & other finger foods. Just amazing hotel all around. Literally, everything you need is within walking distance or inside the hotel itself. Yeah, it was close to 400 for two nights, but it was totally worth it. We will definitely be staying here again! I loved the complimentary espresso machine instead of the M club.

The parking garage was pretty high 40 dollars a day, which is kinda high. Luckily, we were able to use Spot hero for parking. The only thing there is no way to scan the app. So vallet had to walk down and confirm it. The other thing was that it's such a large hotle kinda took a while for the pack in play to be brought up. They don't allow you to ask the front deck for something & you take it yourself like blankets. But that was no big deal. Just took a while to get it up to our room, but no worries. Not that we didn't like it, just kinda inconvenience, especially since the baby was ready to go to bed.

Very good

That I was charged $345.00 for a one night stay by your check in staff in addition to already being charged and room booked through booking.com. The inconvenience of having to get the refund that was caused by a mid on the part of your hotel/staff.
