The Omni Louisville Hotel offers a beautiful and enjoyable experience with a rooftop pool and helpful staff. It is located in a convenient and walkable area with plenty of dining and entertainment op (Read More)tions nearby. The rooms are luxurious and restful. The hotel has multiple food and beverage options on-site, and the staff provides excellent service. There are some minor issues, such as a broken bathroom lock and a broken pool, but overall, guests highly recommend staying at this swanky establishment.

Superb

The hotel was beautiful and had great amenities. Very close to Bourbon Row. Had an issue with room that was quickly rectified. Will stay here in the future.

Clearer explanation regarding the parking if not using valet service. Bed was not comfortable.

The hotel was beautiful

What I didn't like is we didn't have free breakfast like these regular smaller hotels has and for the price of the hotel per day was quite pricey and we should have free breakfast at your hotels

Ill stay at Embassy Suites next time

it was a nice hotel.

There was a lot I did not like. We got there between 5:30 & 6pm & had to wait 1.5 hrs to get a room which was hot all night. The pillows sucked. And the toilet only worked part of the time. At checkout we called fii o r a porter & waited almost a hour until we finally carried ALL of our stuff down.

Love the location, love the look, its absolutely beautiful. The sheets smelled good everything was clean A+++

The parking is a little walk and valet is a little spendy but to be expected!

Facilities were great and so was staff, just the confusion of getting checked in was very disappointing

We loved the property!

We had changed our dates on Booking and received our confirmation for the change. When we arrived the Omni had us as a no show for the previous dates and said they had no confirmation on the change of dates. They wanted to charge us a second time even though I had confirmation of the date change, now if I had received my confirmation you know it was sent to them as well so someone had not put it in their system, after about 45 minutes of haggling back and forth with booking on the line they accepted our reservation This was very stressful
