Superb

The Grady didnt disappoint for a romantic night away with my husband!

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, good walking distance from restaurants or a quick Uber ride, valet was a nice option to have. It also smelled really nice through the whole hotel which I thought was a nice touch.

The only thing I didnt like was that breakfast was not included in the price of the room, but we went out for breakfast so it was fine.

Was ok.

The overall apperance of the hotel is good and is very clean.

The staff isnt trained, they charged twice my stay in the hotel. The valet sometimes didnt see the request to pick up the car, so at some point we ended waiting more than 30 minutes for the car.

Nice facility, uncomfortable bed and pillows.

The property was very clean and nicely decorated.

Our bed and pillows were terrible. It was quite possibly the worst mattress Ive slept on and the traffic coming off the street was very loud. My husband and I were there for our anniversary and had trouble sleeping so we ended up packing up and going home very early in the morning to get some rest.

The friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of our room. The location was also very good.

I did not like only having one night stand and lamp by bed. Since there were two of us one had to use the floor and have no light to read by. There wasnt any soap at the sink and using body wash from shower was inconvenient. I called housekeeping but it was never delivered. Also did not like having only one chair available and it being a desk chair.

Great hotel. I would definately book with them again but not on a Sunday or Monday night.

Location is right in the middle of distillery row. The evening and morning valet guys were the best. So courteous and friendly. The pillows were the best pillows I have ever had in a hotel.

I was very dissappointed that the bar and restaurant were not open on Monday night. One of the reasons I chose The Grady was because of them having a restaurant and bar. After traveling all day I didn't really want to have to go out.
