The Seelbach Hilton Louisville is a beautiful hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The location is fantastic, with easy access to Fourth Street Live and bourbon tours. The hotel itself has interest (Read More)ing history and is fun to explore. While the rooms are slightly disappointing, the service and location make up for it. The valet and doorman services are courteous and efficient. Overall, it's a great stay with accommodating staff and a classic, historic atmosphere.

Disappointing

My vehicle was stolen from their parking garage; not the stay I was expecting.

The property itself was great but my overall experience while I was there, was not.. while my vehicle was parked in the parking garage, it was stolen.

Their inability to have access to the cameras located within the parking garage that has their properties name on it, leading everyone to believe it is their parking garage but apparently? Is not.

Disappointing stay

Beautiful lobby.

Room was small and dirty. Restaurant was dirty and staffed by incompetent, rude staff. Hallway was loud-we were awakened both nights. Housekeeping knocked on our door, even though we had a do not disturb sign out.

Felt like a boutique hotel, perfect location, a memorable experience.

Staff were exceptional, from the valet staff to the breakfast servers. Terrific, friendly.

Good

It was beautiful! And walking distance to where we were seeing a show.

The air conditioner in the room was super loud every time it kicked on and when it stopped running it got pretty warm in the room. Im not sure if our room was right next to an ice machine because i didnt see one, but thats what it sounded like at 7am.
