Superb

Great stay. Very recommended.

The location was great. The kitchen is well-equipped and always clean. Communication with the landlord was easy and very effective. Common areas were also very clean.

Sometimes neighbours were too noisy. The bathroom was in a separate room, implying that one must get out of the bedroom to a common area and then get into the restroom.

Somewhat acceptable considering the cost

Very clean room. Lots of closet space. Decent garden view & small balcony.

Foot noise from the floor above when trying to sleep. Did not feel safe in Immediate area after dark. No TV. One bath towel for 7 days. Some building noise heard & vibration felt from a pump or motor for 5 seconds at a time but irregular in operation. Prevented decent sleep. Bed could be improved upon & pillows very thin.

Perfect Home for our london stay!

I must say this was the most pleasant experiences we have had with booking. The place, the cleanliness , the communication, the proximity of location and mostly importantly Monica! Monica has been one of the main highlights of the stay. She is very good at making sure all is good despite not having met her in person I felt like I knew her!. I really recommend booking with her and the room! I will definitely come back and stay there and tell all my friends :)

Very good

I really liked staying in Marylebone Grendon. The room was quite big, I was happy to have my own hairdryer, towels and access to the bathroom (although it was outside the room, next door). The kitchen was also well-equipped. The location is described properly, I enjoyed it and didn't have any problems getting to the other parts of London. It was great to have a breakfast in the Regents Park, which was really close. 10mins to the undergroud station on foot is also not that bad, bus stops were closer. The host is really nice and helpfull, it's really easy to get in touch with her. I definitely recommend staying there!.

The only thing I would say was not that great was the cleaning. In my room there was a lot of dust on the window sill and there were some bugs in the bathroom.
