I made a reservation for 2 nights at this hotel and paid for both nights. But one day later, I had to check-out out due to reasons beyond my control. They did not refund my remaining night. There is no such thing as customer satisfaction in this hotel. Everything is money oriented. But there is something they don't know. While they thought they were making an extra night's money from me, they actually lost a lot more. Because of the business we have started in this region, my team and I will often stay in this area, but we will never set foot in this hotel again.

Good Hotel with comfy beds.

The hotel is small but beautiful, clean and modern. I liked my stay there. The food was tasty in the restaurant and also in the room service. Good staff will visit again.

Good stay but poor food

Staff behaviour.

Food quantity and quality was very poor when ordered in room dining. The price is extremely high, probably they are taking benefit of monopoly as there are no restaurants etc around the hotel.

- bad experience

- Elevator stop - WiFi weak and stop - breakfast was not suitable for foreign people - Dishes,spoons,forks and knives in restaurants were not cleaned properly.

Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner were all excellent. Staff member Ms. Pooja was outstanding in her attentiveness...she was absolutely spot-on always. There is definitely a nice coziness factor to this hotel. Will certainly stay here again when I come again.

The bathrooms could definitely do with some perking up. The intercom phone in the room needs to be changed. Else, everything was in place and good!
