Very good

Great stay!! Will definitely stay here again.

Amazing Staff and the pool and gardens are lovely. Great location too.

We had a leaking toilet while we were there. And the beds are a bit firm.

Blinds should be thicker or darker in my opinion, as the room brightens up too much with early morning sunlight.

Superb

A very good mid-range hotel, I can recommend

I had an excellent stay. Large comfortable room with good aircon and a recently renovated bathroom. Location is quite central, out of the messier tourist area and on the way to Angkor. Swimming pool is nice.

No breakfast served but a coffee shop is right across the street from the hotel

The hotel itself is great - the managements last trick just ruined the overall good impression

Comfortable hotel with a superb pool and garden with great location

Just one incident at the end of our stay made our final impression a bit bitter - our driver who was recommended by the hotel - offered us a detour on the morning of our departure to Bakong ruins, without mentioning any extra cost since it is on the way to the new Siem Reap airport. On the day of our departure just after boarding the car he told us that this small detour will cost us 20$ more, requested by the hotel management. Just to put it in perspective, the whole airport transfer for a 50km ride was 30$, so this approximate 6-7 km detour for 20$ was a clear robbery - always negotiate every single detail ahead!

Very good

The location and the pool, room terrace was fab. Aircon worked well. Staff were very good and helpful as was their driver.

Our room had a smell that we think was coming from the bathroom. There was no restaurant and the bar wasn't really open so we just bought a beer to drink outside our room. The room was very orange.

Superb

Great choice

The hotel was very well maintained with a perfect pool with a nice view of the palm trees. The location was peaceful and within walking distance to the centre. Lots of shops and restaurants right on the street.

Unfortunately the restaurant is not open, only drinks can be ordered. Fortunately, this is not a big problem, as there are plenty of restaurants in the area.
