This stay brought life back to our trip that was ruined by another hotel the night before!

The stay was comfortable with a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. Staff were very friendly, helpful, and informative about the hotel. The night before we had a very bad experience with another hotel which nearly ruined our trip. This one night in this hotel revived our satisfaction for the trip because the standards were everything we could ask for!

1 hour away from our trip destination(Gatlinburg).

Very nice hotel with friendly staff

In process of being renovated and seems mostly complete. The hotel and room were very nice and the room comfortable. The room was spacious with comfortable furniture and room to put your suitcase out and still move around. Good breakfast with friendly staff. They had filled the hot water with water run through a coffee maker, ruining the flavor of anything you made with it. The staff got me fresh water so I could enjoy my tea.

I would recommend they get soundproofing for around the doors as we could hear hall noise.

Clean room. Good food. Horrible sleep. Electric not to code Im sure.

The room was clean. Breakfast was great. Kitchen staff good

I asked for a room away from noise and the elevator. We were placed on the first floor. The maintenance room was close by. Doors were slamming all night. Opening and closing. Another patrons dog began barking at 6:00am and it did not stop. We ended up leaving. Plugs dont work. GFI outdated and plugs would not stay plugged in. They just fell out of the wall. Terrible night sleep.

The remodeling efforts are getting completed and have turned out very nicely. The new room design is very comfy.

Great stay and we would stay here again.

The presentation of the breakfast was excellent. The variety was excellent. The sectional sofa in our room was a great additional space to hang out on the rainy day.

I wish the scrambled eggs had been made from real eggs as they are our favorite breakfast item.

Disappointing

Probably would not go back. Too many negatives. Comfortable.

Comfortable beds.

Tv did not have sound on ABC. Championship game. No instructions for adjusting heat, TV or wifi. Coffee was cold. No yogurt or juice in the morning. Could smell cigarette smoke from the outside doorway. Didnt accept emotional support animal as a discount.
