Fine for the night

Breakfast was very good and most of the staff were attentive and friendly.

The room itself was advertised as a "deluxe king" but there was nothing deluxe about the room. Rooms at competing hotels in the area are far more spacious and comfortable and therefore a much better value.

It was wonderful

This is a most stay hotel, the staff is super friendly and helpful, I kept extending my stay because I was waiting on a repair on my truck and the gentleman at the front desk kept telling me no problem and kept the same rate. the breakfast was delicious, they have waffles pancakes, eggs, sausage, etc, also, NO DOG FEES as long as its not more than 2 and the dog is less than 50lbs(if you are a pet owner, thats a money saver) , its at a good location within walking distance from really good restaurants like crackle barrel, a Mexican restaurant a Wendys and a Hy-vee express, the jacuzzi in the pool area works. Overall it was a very very very pleasant stay.

Sad and not getting a good night's rest is harmful and a waste of money.

Was in a good location. The price seemed fair....until I actually got there and tried to sleep.

I didn't like the bright light in the parking lot shining into the room even though the curtains were closed. The bed was not comfortable. To many noises in the room, ac, fridge, etc. Bright light shining in under door from hallway. I really had a hard time sleeping. I cant understand why the number one reason for being there wasnt thought about by the facility owner. Also the bathroom shower sucked, junky garbage. I just don't see the fairness in the cost vs the experience. The issue is cost cutting on asset investment. Penny pinching causes shitty customer experience. The rate is fair but the quality of room execution clearly shows the business short sightedness. For a 3 star hotel. Perfect bath, perfect bed, perfect sleep environment and clean. Thats all that's necessary. You can cut everything else out. You spread to thin and fall short on the stuff that matters to travelers.

Relaxing & peaceful

Clean & quiet. Pool was the cleanest Ive ever seen at a hotel and the chlorine was not overpowering-staff contacted me immediately about an item I left behind & I was very appreciative of that!

Bacon would have been a great option for breakfast
