$10 early check in fee, absolutely nobody at the hotel, I refused went and did something and came back, HAVE never had an early check in fee let alone a hotel that NEEDS customers

Wonderful place to stay.

Comfortable room, lobby, and patio. Lovely view of the pond out our window.

Breakfast had nothing fresh. Asked to use a different credit card when checking in but the one used at time of booking was charged.

Clean facility. Friendly, professional staff. Comfortable bedding. Large rooms. Great price.

Neighbors were loud. When assigning room, make sure # of towels matches number in party. Breakfast was very basic-cereal.

cleaning staff wore pajamas and smelled of a bad odor that filled the hallways. Our toilet wouldn't flush all the time and our sink didn't drain well, otherwise went fine

Breakfast like a normal hotel nothing special. No coffee in room, no Kleenex in room, no pool for that amount of $$$, pillows were hard, no fan in bathroom. No one at desk ever. Woke in middle if night to coyotes - very loud Good luck with that one!

We enjoyed our room, breakfast bar, and good service.

I am gluten free and pre-diabetic. Thankfully, the breakfast bar had packages of oatmeal to be microwaved. Fresh fruit and fresh juice were also included. I have to eat right away when I get up and have a breakfast that has enough carbs to get me going and keep me going. If I don't do this, I can feel very weak & I'm in danger of falling. I was very thankful for the breakfast offerings. I have to have a shower with bars since I have fallen & don't want to fall any more. Thankfully they had a handicapped room that had bars for a bit more money. There was a sink, mirror and counter outside the bathroom which was great. One of us could shower, and the other use the sink without bothering the shower person. The breakfast room included several tables. We were able to meet some friends and chat for awhile.

The only thing we didn't like was the coffee. The coffee advertised as strong was so weak it was almost dishwater! Since we only like coffee at breakfast this was not a big deal. Still, really strong coffee would have been a welcome choice.

I find the Qube Hotel a perfect place to stay!

I like the cleanliness of the rooms and it smells so good, too. It's quiet and very decent and cozy as well. I think we can compare this hotel to other 4-5star hotels for a very affordable price. We will surely come back here even if it's 22 miles away from Des Moines.

I don't think I have dislikes about the place. Though the breakfast selections are not a lot, but I think it's okay especially for me I am not a breakfast person. The cleanliness is everything for me and that's all that matters.
