Our jets in the spa didnt work seemed it was durty also.found a note from the 21 that they had to move the pepole to differwnt room spa wasnt working for them either.

Superb

Great hotel and the room was exactly what our family needs. We are 6 and it is difficult to find a room to fit us. Breakfast was great too.

Good

Very uncomfortable bed but enjoyed the spa tub.

The spa tub in the room was fantastic and the setup of that room was great.

Curtains were filthy. What appeared to be red lipstick and other mystery substances on them. Bed was VERY firm and incredibly uncomfortable

Location was convenient and the breakfast provided a good selection with some cooked items every day

No one answered calls regarding booking, check in was slow. Rooms were deteriorated, the floors were not clean, missing comforters, toiletries for one person when 4 were occupying, shower head falling off, no remote for TV l. Overall cleanliness was poor

BLACK MOLD IN 4 ROOMS OF THIS HOTEL. CURTAINS AND AC UNITS FULL OF IT.

locations was good. room size good. had a mini fridge.

black mold in the rooms. we had to swtich rooms, and the new rooms had balck mold in them also. on curtains and in ac unit. rooms were dirty, dusty, floors and walls stained. No towels in room, had to call front desk and ask for them, front desk told me to come get them.

Yes!! And never had a problem there before! I have always loved staying there!!

Location and staff

My room was dirty!! I had to dust off TV stand! There are stains on the walls not gonna say what they look that but its NOT blood!!!!!! Clearly needs repainted! The shower wasnt cleaned right!! And the Hot Tub had way to much chlorine!!

Comfortable stay with convenient access to interstate.

Convenient, quiet location. Clean room with microwave and refrigerator. Nice swimming pool.

Could use updating. Mattress, carpet and walk in shower had seen better days.

They didnt have our reservation. The lobby was not nice, so we didnt stay. We found another hotel and called them directly to book a room to avoid them not getting our reservation from booking.com
