Relaxing beautiful place

Fantastic our villa was beautiful and huge we got lost in there. The staff were lovely and so was the breakfast! Highly recommend stay here.

The people are lovely they tried their best. restaurants are delicious.

Old hotel, pictures are misleading. Room is tired, bedsheet, towels, shower curtains need to be renewed. Shower head is located strangely, with water splash all over. Cleanliness is not up to standard. Lots of old stains all over the room. Bathroom subtly smells. Room service food was not picked up overnight outside of the room. By 2 pm room was not yet cleaned. More like max 3 stars - old that absolutely need renovation and major room clean up.

Wonderful staff, lovely decor, facilities need upgrading, but understandable after COVId. Amazing Staff

I love the Style, but not be for everyone Lovely staff ! Good food did not eat there much as was out, Would say on high price for overall facility and quality, but i think everywhere is like that now 40.k for a cappuccino is excessive when not a proper coffee ! Better to go into many of Ubuds hip caf shops I like to be away from the crowds. So love location !

Pretty awesome resort

Our stay here had been very memorable. Resort is all green, you get the vibe of staying in jungle cottages. Rooms are big with Balinese decor and architecture. Swimming pools (there are two) are awesome, swim-up bar is a pretty nice add-on. Breakfast is excellent, there are plenty of vegetarian options plus the way they customised a few options for us and our kid definitely demands huge appreciation. Staff is extremely courteous, and that's true for every single one of them. We also had Balinese massage at their spa and that was fantastic. I'd definitely recommend this resort, and in fact I'd love to stay here again on my next visit.

Hidden Ubud gem

The staff are exceptional very accommodating from front of house to restaurant to spa staff. Nothing was too difficult for them to make your stay happy. Traditional style rooms beautifully kept very spacious, lush gardens. Complimentary breakfast, yoga and photo session. (Must book yoga & photo session). Spa treatments are amazing. Restaurant food was tasty and resonantly priced. Only drawback is the distance from the town Center to walk but the resort offers multiple drop off and pick up via their free shuttle service. We look forward to coming again. Highly recommend if you want a relaxing escape

Great location close to Ubud. Rooms are really well done, nice materials and feels very luxury. Resort looks amazing, breakfast is really tasty.

I think this hotel would deserve more stars and quests. But there staff doesnt feel as professional. Many little mistakes done. Friendly, but not super professional. Also it constantly feels like they want you to buy stuff like activities and transfers with them. Because they offer a great "discount". Which they really dont. Organize it on your own and you will pay half. If they would reduce this aspect and honestly try to help you, I think this Hotel would be much more successful because the rest was honestly great!
