Excellent hotel in a very convenient area 5 minutes north of Taksim Square.

Very well run hotel. Staff properly trained, pleasant and efficient. Reception very efficient. Breakfast had a lot of choice - large breakfast room with staff constantly replacing items when necessary. Room on 7th floor comfortable and spacious, with a balcony which on this occasion I didn't use because the weather was poor. Shower worked well; room was properly cleaned each day. The whole place was run to a very high professional standard.

The hotel is in a very central location.. Public transportation ( metro, bus station ) is within walking distance. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious.The room is very clean. Internet connection is quite fast in rooms and public areas.

Very Good place to stay in Istanbul

Fantastic housekeeping services, especially Nilgun and her team, were fantastic. The bellboy was a great help, too. Early check-in and late checkout services were great. Thanks for making my stay memorable.
