Very friendly staff Good breakfast Large swimming pool Rooms were overall ok and clean

The bathrooms in the flat are poorly designed Had issue with the AC and fridge Kitchen equipment is extremely limited Food at the restaurant on the same compound was disappointing, but there are excellent choices outside.

Pool area Short walking distance to the beach Staff was good but practical extras for guests were lacking

No accommodation for different plug points for visitors from different countries. Even if they rent the adapters out for the stay it would be okay. Not much guidance on easy navigation for the stay. Create a handbook with basic information on how to use public transport in the area, what to expect when shopping from vendors, simple ways on how locals take advantage of visitors and international apps that work in the country. It just makes a holiday much easier, especially when travelling with a family.

Very friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Rooms clean and spaceous.

Bathrooms could get a makeover as it floods from the shower and the toilet Seat is a wobbly cheapy. Maybe it requires skilled workmenship and not just jua kali jobs. Fridge was leaking water as well. .

The bathrooms were designed and built without considering the shower that is appropriate for women's needs.

Very friendly staff. The room and the facilities were altogether clean. Breakfast was good.

Location was not bad, but not great either. You had to take a little walk to get to the beach. Wifi worked at times quite well, but occasionally there was not wifi or the connection was poor.

Exceptional

Fantastic room.....room cleaners always did a wonderful job ( with a smile) . Breakfast buffet was really good...great selection of food. All the staff in every department were exceptional . Location of the hotel perfect.....near the beach etc awesome pool. Its a secure wonderful hotel too stay at and highly recommend too All!!
