I would recommend for large families

Spacious and good cleaning services, although I booked for sea view I wasnt given on check in. It was offered few days later. Susan from the reception was extremely helpful and very professional.

Car park kept changing and remote controls were missing for air condition units and fans.

I miss leaving! It was great

Breakfast was great the day we arrived;and so were the meals

There was a free speakers policy for attendants at the restaurant and bar;and was so noisy at night it was not enjoyable. A tranquil controlled music deejay would work really well

Nice local place with beach view.

Our room had a wonderful view on the beach. The food was very good. Staff was lovely and helpful. We liked they didn't serve alchol

There were speakers for rent, so in the evening the place becomes quite noisy in the restaurant and bar area. Impossible to have a nice walk on the beach without being stopped by vendors.

The location is great, thought a little far from the centre, food is also somewhat expensive.

The House keeping needs to do a thorough job when cleaning so that the rooms can have the smell of freshness

Very good

The room was cosy and right in front of the ocean.

Phone calls went unanswered making it difficult to order room service, yet at check in they told us room service was included. Other than that everything else was good.

piece meal information during check in e.g. swahili breakfast needs to be ordered a day before..they don't tell u this. failure by official contact numbers to pick or return calls on time bed and mattress quality was poor for the deluxe room with the sea view no slippers no slip ons, old towels, lack of adequate drinking water, hard water etc. food was not value for the money. For those ordering breakfast, ensure your order is complete with the first request. A second request during breakfast is chargeable even if it's one egg. long lead time for breakfast orders, we waited for 35 mins.
