Very poor

The hotel has the potential but the quality goes downhill due to bad management (can see from the staffs attitude).

The location is good, close to tram and up to 10 min walking to our detinations.

The room was not cleaned when we arrived. There was still some dust on the bench and table. We could still see some hair on the bed, the carpet looks very old and yacky, there was a big water damage mark in front of our room and inside the room as well (near the entrance and toilet door). When we complained, there was no offer to change the room, the cleaner did come with a spray and just sprayed it on the bed and thought it was enough? We had to ask for the new bed sheet for them to change a new one for us. On top of this, the sink was clogged and the staff had to come back and put baking soda into it. In terms of room cleaning, they did not refill the bathroom necessities such as vanity bag, bathing cap, etc. and when we asked, the answer was they did not have any bathing cap. They even forgot the shampoo and gave 2 skin lotions instead. There was one day we put the sign Do not disturb as we didnt need the room to be cleaned up that day, however we came back to our room to find out that our bed was made up (which goes against our request). As a person who travels a lot, with this price I know we could stay in a better place.

Good value for money, recently refurbished but the beds were soft.

The location is amazing, and the facilities staff were very helpful. Car parking available at discounted prices in close proximity. For the time and location, the hotel is great value for money.

Perfect location in the City of Melbourne.

Excellent location right next to the famous Queen Victoria Market and tram stop for the free trams to get to all the shops.

When the room was cleaned it was only the bed that was made. The toilet wasnt cleaned but there was no toilet brush supplied in the room.

The shower door didnt stop the water from leaking into the bathroom every time. The wifi would cut in and out all the time and was not reliable.

Disappointing

Will not book there again.

Close to everything.

Inconsistent with cleanliness. Bed was not made properly. Daily replaces of new drinking glasses hasnt been done at times. And when asked if we can have a new set of drinking glasses the staff told us to just wash it ( as it we have washing detergent with us).
