Excellent hotel with outstanding quality of its restaurant ( and its chef )

The hotel is situated at the best place in Siem Reap - adjacent to the Kingss palace. Absolutely OUTSTANDING is the quality of the food served by their famous chef Eil - the best and most talented cook in Cambodia! Thanks for the wonderful meals!

Disappointed, bathroom disgusting

The pool is nice, room well sized and staff is polite

The bathroom smelled so so bad. I asked multiple times to get it cleaned and they said they fixed it and every time it stunk. There was also no hot water. When I asked for a partial refund they would not accommodate that despite admitting the bathroom smelled super bad

Disappointing

Unfortunately I would not stay there again

the friendliness of the staff and location

the rooms are advertised as soundproof and we couldn't sleep well in 3 nights because we heard bangs and noise from the 3rd floor (our 1st floor with a floor in between)
