Superb

The staff are amazing. Very helpful and friendly. One even walked us to an ATM nearby to make sure we didn't get lost. The hotel is a short walk from Taksim Square and Istiklal Street making it the perfect place to start your Turkish adventure.

I wish the bathroom was a little cleaner but other than that we have no complaints.

Best location, friendly staff, exceptional service by Mr Basel.

Mr Basel was very helpful in every way.From our stay,local tours he arranged everything very well. Would love to stay in Inntel again.

Disappointing

I believe the price is very expensive for the quality offered.

For the price we paid, the only thing I liked I would say the location of the hotel. Friendly staff as well.

The rooms didnt really match the pictures shown on the booking website, the beds were very small, the hotel doesnt offer any facilites, Iron and board the water in the toilets was making very loud noises at each time we open it and its very disturbing, the water goes out very thin.

The staff was accommodating and the hotel was close to the night life and heart of Istanbul

Breakfast could have been improved but Istanbul has so many nice cafe that is worth to eat out all the times and try the traditional food !
