The Indra Angkor Residence in Siem Reap is praised for its good location near yoga center, clean rooms and quiet atmosphere. Laundry mix-up and sewing threads on clothes were also annoyances. Recommend and would book again! Party of 8 booked 4 rooms and loved our stay.

Breakfast was four set menus all of which were hearty. Two served 3 people in our family. The staff helped us with booking transportation before and during the stay and were very agreeable. My cousin got an in room massage was said it was great (this however, was 2-3x more expensive than in town). The hotel staff prepared snack boxes for the morning we did a temple tour departing at 4:30 am which was so thoughtful. The restaurant is quite good and very reasonably priced. We ate just as well at the hotel as we did in a restaurant near the temple and spent at least 40% less. Also happy hour was enjoyable. Great value for money.

Property is small so poolside seating is limited. (4 - 5 loungers). Also the position of the building means the pool is not in the sunlight most of the day. The pool drainage was also tricky as one person entering the pool caused the poolside area to flood each time.

I stayed in other nearby hotels previously and this one has very little to offer. Breakfast is OK, but no buffet nor decent coffee. (Set menu)

- The listing "free shuttle" claim is a scam. (You will find out after your booking is made) - THE LOCATION IS A SCAM (you will have to walk 20 minutes in dark and unpaved roads to reach it from the place they claim to be)

The rooms close by the pool can experience noise if there are kids playing in the pool.

Very good value

The room was clean and the bathroom more modern than we expected. We loved the pool area with many plants and a little artificial waterfall. The staff was very friendly and the location is also perfect - in a quiet area but only 10 minutes walking distance from the touristic center. In total very good value for the price.

We booked a private transfer to Thailand at the reception and asked the staff multiple times if it will be the same car and same driver all along the way - they confirmed it every time. At the border the driver told us that we had to change driver+ car (into a smaller car, which we tried to avoid because we are very tall). Apart from that the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great stay - this was our favorite hotel during several weeks of traveling.

Excellent Hotel in great location. Very friendly and helpful staff who also know English. Large and quiet room, everything very clean. Nice ambiance with the pool.
