The Hyde Park Radnor Hotel is location, location for exploring London, being a short walk from Paddington station. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The Hyde Park Radnor Hotel could be made to feel and look so much better if: - adopted a more modern and updated decor throughout the whole hotel, with particular attention to the rooms. - the breakfast / dining room in our opinion was not so inviting and the smell of old cooking fat not so nice. We subsequently took breakfast only once during our 3 nights stay. - the quality of the food served at breakfast was ok.

Very disappointed the feedback reviews aren't accurate . Poor value for money.

Breakfast was ok that's it! Staff were nice and friendly and location central. As I could touch both walls if stretched out I complained and we were moved to another larger scruffy room at a 70 discount

Scruffy tired hotel. 4ft 6in bed with very small room and bathroom. Holes in doors. Old fashioned and very disappointing. Our view was of a wall. Breakfast finishes at 9.30am Check out at 10.30am

The price doesnt justify the stay here and theres no way this hotel is 4 stars. At maximum I would give it 2 stars.

The only good thing about this hotel was the location.

The room was dirty, hairs were found on our sheets every day, there was mold and holes in the walls, no heat, the list goes on. I would NOT recommend this hotel.

Great location.

Breakfast in the basement. Customer service was not the most pleasant and although breakfast was nice, there was no choice on eggs and it was quite literally chucked on the table.

The room was very hot, even with the radiator turned down.

Good location, nice size rooms, good size breakfast

Both rooms were a good size for London. Location was good access to both Paddington and Lancaster Gate stations. Breakfast was a good size not too big or small. I observed that breakfast could adjust to the guest requirements.

Exceptional

Such a lovely place to stay. Very warm hotel just what was needed after hours of walking around in cold December. All the staff very friendly and knowledgeable.Our house keeper did a great job and was such a happy lady always smiling (didn't catch your name but thank you for taking care of our room). The location was excellent, close to tube station and plentiful bars & different choice of cuisine restaurants on the doorstep. We had a lovely time. Thank you Margarita & Team. See you next year.
