We love staying at this hotel and have stayed there a few times to celebrate my wife's birthday and also to experience the Christmas holiday attractions. Our view from our hotel room was awesome as always! The staff was nice and friendly and also accommodating.

We had issues with noise after hours with the hotel guests in the room next to us. I'm going to assume unsupervised kids or young adults. We were rm #1416 and the room in question was #1414. We let the noise go on until roughly 11:30pm-12am before I called down to the front desk to complain about the noise and the time especially being that it was also a weeknight (Tuesday). Again, I'm going to assume that security came up to their room (the next morning we saw that security slid and left a card under our room door thanking us and also with an offering of complimentary beverages "no alcohol' from the hotels kitchen for our troubles). Security informed the occupants of the room about the noise and the complaint made. It did become quiet for approximately 15 minutes before the kids in the room made more noise and started to bang on the adjoining walls in retaliation of the complaint made against them. When checking out the next day we informed the Hyatt employee at the front desk at the time about the incident. The Hyatt rep recorded the incident but also made us feel like we were trying to gain something by the complaint. Could have been we took it the wrong way, but we did return the complimentary card back to the front desk. Hopefully things will be better on our next visi. Thanks
